My name is Mohamed, and Taghazout is my home.

Long before it became a world-famous surf destination, the ocean was my backyard. I grew up watching the waves, learning from the local fishermen, and seeing the first surfers who came here. I knew I had to be out there with them.

I’ll never forget my first wave. The feeling of gliding on the water… it’s pure freedom. I was hooked.

Surfing became my life. I spent years mastering every local break, from the gentle waves at Panoramas to the legendary point breaks like Anchor Point. I learned to read the ocean’s moods, respect its power, and understand the tides.

As I got better, I started helping friends learn to surf. I discovered a new passion: teaching. The joy of seeing someone stand up on their board for the first time is an incredible feeling.

That’s why I started this school.

I don’t just want to rent you a board. I want to offer you a genuine, local experience. My mission is simple: to help you fall in love with surfing, safely and confidently, in the best place on earth to do it.
